I would actually give a zero here if possible compared to the business that I had with them out of the NC offices a few years ago. We used B Dry System for our crawl space work from the NC business office but needed a new evaluation done for something else regarding our crawl space now, but found out that NC office closed? Had to call other local Richmond VA then but they do not answer their phones but transfer you where by they pick up on the call then hang up on you!!? Where is a courtesy message if they say they will call you back or you need to call them back if they are not open or available? NONE! Chris Giaccone was comprehensive, informative, knowledgeable, professional and entertaining.  By the end of his presentation I understood the product, it's value and how the product compared with competitors and with the cost of not moving forward.Of all the contractors over the years I've talked to, Chris was head and shoulders above the rest.My wife and I aren't ready to move forward just yet but when we do Chris will absolutely be who we call

Called for the "free quote" shown on their site only to be told that the "free quote" is $99. Seriously? This was going to be the only company I called, and if there price had been reasonable, they would have gotten the job. I recognize that they are trying to cover their costs in coming out, but don't advertise a "free estimate" and then try to charge for it.
