Absolutely fantastic. I was looking for professionals who could manage my property it’s little or no input from me. They had my property rented in under a week at more than I had been able to get for the property. They are super responsive and their rates are incredibly reasonable. Very professional. Highly recommend.

A friend recommended we use the Washington Property Group for our property in Northern Virginia. I couldn't be more impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail shown by Donika and her colleague Ted throughout the process of listing our property and eventually finding tenants, all within 30 days. Five stars all the way!I was initially impressed by Donika's punctuality: we agreed to meet for our initial consultation at 2PM and she arrived 5 minutes prior - details matter! A trusted partnership with WPG, specifically with Elena. She has gone above and beyond for my real estate needs as a property manager, often working extremely early hours. What can sometimes be a stressful experience, she is clearly passionate about the job and has been reassuring and very effective for me. Elena is always responsive, professional and an absolute joy to work with.
