I started seeing Tracey for multiple ailments stemming from running, foot issues, hamstring strains, and chronic sciatic nerve pain. Tracey is an excellent therapist, she considers the full body and explores all options for the best therapeutic approach. Her massage technique has reduced my aches/pain. Tracey also provides posture therapy which was new to me. I've now incorporated posture exercises into my daily routine which is helping correct my spine and hip issues which all fed into the leg/feet issues I had.
