The actual service was great...my dog seemed happy afterward. My only complaint is that I received multiple calls, emails, and texts afterwards to book another appointment and/or give feedback all within a couple of days. Too much!

My baby was treated to a full premium spa experience, including a pedicure, teeth brushing, shampoo, cut and styling. The stylist took the time necessary to work on some matting (my bad). I could not be more pleased, and my dog seemed very happy with the whole procedure. Plus the cost was less than I usually pay.

I really like this place. Customer service is wonderful. My dog was super clean and happy. I love the facial since I kiss her a lot. -:) I wish the fresh smell lasted a little longer. I may purchase a fun body spray next time.
