They did a fantastic job! I contacted them on very short notice and they were able to schedule a move-out clean for me within two days. Everything was super clean and their attention to detail was obvious. I would book them again in the future.

I have never had a maid service in my life, but I hurt my back and couldn't get to the floors and hard to reach places. Out of desperation I called Platinum Maid. They were super responsive and offered a great price. I couldn't meet them at my place due to a work conflict, so I left the payment on the counter. I got home later that evening and was amazed and stunned at what a nice job they did. My place has never looked so nice. My downstairs neighbor came up to see and wanted their number. I am so happy that none of the other services got back to me. Platinum Maid responded right away and made it so easy to hire them!
