I dropped off my laptop on Monday, and they returned it working on Wednesday. Richard was diligent about keeping me informed about the diagnosis and repair status. In my case, they were a little expensive, but my laptop design presented challenges. Overall, it was a very good experience. I’ll definitely use them, if necessary, in the future
