Absolutely in love with F45 at RTC. The workouts are designed so well to challenge you every single day and help you build muscle, resistance and overall improve your health. What makes it even better is the incredible coaches that are there to help you with form and guide you. Also lets not forget the people you are working out with - everyone makes everyone feel welcome and supportive. Shout out to Neil for the incredible attention and professionalism - he answered all my questions prior to joining and made my transition to f45 a positive experience. Visiting my mom in Reston, VA and actually make this trip at least twice a year. I am a founding member at F45 San Mateo, CA and I typically do not workout during vacation. The only one time that I did try out the F45 was last November in Honolulu. This trip I decided to break tradition since there was a F45 very close to my mom's place. I anticipated the guest fee but was pleasantly surprised when Neal informed me that at their studio they provide 1/2 price special so I decided to take two classes! It was all worth it too. . The workouts are challenging, and but you can make them as hard or easy as you need to based on your fitness level. The best part is the instructors. Unlike other group workout sessions that I’ve done they actually will come around and encourage you individually and correct your form to make sure that you were doing the exercises properly and don’t injure yourself. I have several old sports injuries that limit my range of motion, and they are always accommodating to me and help me come up with alternative exercises to do if I’m not physically capable of doing what is on the program.
