A great gym, away from the hustle and bustle of the town center. Easy parking outside of F45. Neil and the trainers we have met have been very personable and accommodating. Trainers have been wonderful in assisting with modifications and motivation! I highly recommend trying the 7-day trial to see what days/classes work best for you.
F45 Reston Station is a great gym, with a supportive community, challenging workouts, and talented instructors. I’d recommend anyone seeking a regimen to get in shape to try it out!
