Ranjana is amazing! She is very gentle which is what I asked of her because my skin is sensitive. She does an excellent job with my eyebrows. The hair on my eyebrows is very thin so I don't want her to take off too much and each time she makes sure of that. I have the full face wax pass and she does a great job with all the areas on my face.
