$900 plus for 3 areas of Botox that lasted a month. Obviously not quality Botox. Then a bill for the doctor’s visit that was paid…then they snuck another bill for “the recommendation” into my insurance company that I was never told would be charged. Very slimy tactics for a money grab. Needless to say i cancelled my follow up and would never visit a doctor that operated like that.
