“Clawes Flooring has completed 2 projects so far and both were an excellent experience. They replaced my basement carpet and replaced existing wood floor with tile in a powder room. I did not want to do everything all at once, so when I requested an estimate, they came out and measured all areas, but broke it up as requested. No pressure and answered all my questions. Everyone there is very knowledgeable. Both installations went well and look great! I especially appreciated the time the tile installer took to discuss the layout with me. I chose a larger tile for a smaller space, which is typically difficult to work with, but he had great suggestions and I couldn't be happier with the finished product! I highly recommend this team of experts for your next flooring project!“

“They did a very detailed work of cleaning the roof of a very tall house. They repainted a shed on the side of the house. They fixed a crack in a wall in the back of the house. They cleaned and painted the front of the house. They cleaned the garage door , restored the wooden frame of the garage door, and painted the frame. They removed, painted, and reinstalled the shutters by the windows of the house. Finally they cleaned and sealed our concrete driveway. This was all done in two days only. They did not require supervision and had the initiative of looking for of details and needs. We had a detailed discussion of price ahead of time and they kept to the original deal. In the end they did more than what we discussed. Their price was good considering the amount of work to be done. I am very happy with them and the very good job they did.“

“Used Zerorez today for a two room carpet cleaning job on white carpet in my condominium in a high rise bldg. Jared arrived on time but had to use a portable machine instead of the cleaning device directly from his van. The guy was great and the overall job went well with many unsightly stains removed. Other stains, however, proved tougher, even with a chemical spot treatment. So set your expectations accordingly as the price is reasonable but not all stains will be removed.“

“I’ve used this service for Handyman work in 2021 and cleaning my apartment this past June 2022. Patricia was great and very professional. Also the technician who service the drywall issue in my home was excellent. Today 8/8/22 I called to inquire about handyman services AND cleaning of my home which is about 5K of work to get it staged for sale. The lady who answered asked me what handyman work I needed and to text my name and phone (which is their normal routine) and someone would call me back. Because I have a lot of handyman’s work to be done I asked for a website or some type of visual of their services. She rudely cut me off and told me to just text her and then hung up on me. I called back and tried to explain the nature of my call, given the volume of work, and she hung up on me again. Disgusting! I’ll report this service.“
