I just joined Vida Fitness and recieved a complimentary massage that i booked with Nittaya. After a long week off intense workouts my session with Nittaya was exactly what i needed. I love everything aura spa has to offer. Amazing service
I just tried a cryotherapy session, and it was fantastic! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel at ease. The session lasted just three minutes and was surprisingly comfortable.
Immediately after, I felt a rush of endorphins, and my muscle soreness significantly decreased.
I highly recommend cryotherapy for anyone looking to boost recovery, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being.
