You do not need to worry if genesis is a reputable company. They do what they say they will do.
I, and my family, don't really get estimates from other contractors because I don't need contractor hassles or unprofessional work. I just want to know the work will be done correctly.
I believe Genesis should be rated at 5 stars, but there is something for others to consider. A corner of my porch's concrete (6 inches to each side, not much) was knocked off during a railing install by Genesis. I don't blame Genesis nor the workman, the railing is First Class. Genesis construction team repaired storm and wind damage around our windows frames. They also repaired interior drywall damage. They did a great job! I would definitely call them again if I need repair work. They have professional and responsive administration team. It was very helpful to be able to reach out to the administrative team if I had any questions.

They showed up promptly and helped get the standing water out of my basement. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and stayed on the job well past midnight making sure the job got done. We will absolutely be using them again.
