SO very impressed and pleased with NRV Roofing! Wayne provided a prompt and detailed estimate, communicated with me throughout the entire process, and answered all my multiple questions quickly. Sonia in his office was also great to work with! She answered my calls promptly, and even brought shingle samples to my house to save me a trip to their office.
Wayne’s roofing team came out early on a Tuesday morning and worked all day replacing my roof, staying until 9pm to finish the job in ONE day!! I Have to fully recommend New River Valley Roofing! From the very beginning, they were fantastic!!!
Sonya and the sales team (Wayne Simpson) were incredibly attentive. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain the entire roofing process clearly. I never felt pressured, and they made sure I felt comfortable with my decision.
Then came the installation crew. Now, these folks are the real heroes! We were in the thick of winter when our roof needed replacing, and let me tell you, that's no easy feat. Despite the cold, they tackled the job with impressive speed and never once complained.
