Love these guys. They’re extremely professional and honest. I’ve used another company in the area who price gouged me and told me that I had a leak and needed a new system. I didn’t have money for a new system. Some folks gave me the advice to call New River Heating and Air as they have had luck with them in the past. It took me two years to call and I wish I did much sooner. I thought I needed a new system and there was no way I could afford it at the time, so I kept delaying on calling. Still not installed yet but Terry Lawson and Dave were very professional on the site review. Prices seem reasonable too.
Mini splits installed now for two weeks now and are running just great. The installation took only a day with a short return trip to add a pump (H2O drainage).
The gentleman (Mackenzie and Lucas) were very professional and easy to work with. They explained the procedures and did their job with precision.
From start to finish a class act. I would highly recommend this company.
