LewisGale Physicians Women's Health Specialists - Radford

While I've had positive visits in the past, my last visit was disappointing. The reason for requested diagnostics were not fully explained and there was no mention of billing so that I could make an informed decision. I should have read the forms more carefully, but it would be helpful for the physician and technicians to go over them verbally. I was told later that there was no way to no what the cost would be. However, I was given a bill promptly after the diagnostics with an amount. In other practices, such as optometrists, a full rundown of costs are given before you purchase an item. It isn't difficult. Laurie was fantastic. It was refreshing to have some sit and listen to you. She really wanted to understand my issues and she came up with a couple solutions. I will certainly be returning.

I have been going to the LewisGale office for ~4 years now and it has always been a great experience. Laurie Buchwald is the best physician I've ever had, wish all my doctors were just as engaged with their patients.
