I was seen today as a new patient after recently moving to the area. Gabby the assistant was very warm, personable, and informative. Just made me feel comfortable immediately. Dr. Will was absolutely amazing! She took the time to educate me about some issues with my teeth and how to improve. She was so enjoyable to be around. I never thought I'd actually have fun at the dentist. So grateful to have found this office. Great experience from start to finish. AND the efficiency of the visit was another big plus. I was in and out in 1 hr 15 minutes and felt 110% thoroughly cared for.

You know what you know. As far as practices go, and being that it was my first visit they checked all of the boxes for me. I know that 1. Communication is friendly, timely, and professional.2. They kept me in the loop when actively working on my teeth.3. They identified the problem areas with tact and encouraging tones.Definitely worth checking out:)Ps thank you for removing my stains. I love my smile. (Teeth cleaning)

Thank you for humanizing my experience. All too often when insurance is involved, the patient becomes a dollar sign or gets pushed through all sorts of red tape. At Virginia Family Dentistry it was evident that I was valued as a patient and the goal was to provide dental care. Dr Roper and Cindy make a fantastic team. If your looking for a comfortable place to feel welcome and cared for, Virginia Family Dentistry is a place to visit. Thanks for making me feel like I was the only patient of the day. :)
