I am really liking Dr. Saleem. She listens to me and explains things I don’t understand. Very responsive to messages left in the portal and voicemails. Even though I remain a mystery, I’m always treated with respect and kindness

Physician is ok, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. I’ve left numerous messages in the past and never get a call back. I’ve emailed- never get an email back. I’ve mailed my paperwork prior to my appointment- they say that they never got it. I was supposed to get lab work mailed to me- they claim it was sent and I never got it. Never an apology when I finally get in touch after being on hold for 30 min. Come on..

The staff of this office is superb! They treated me with such kindness and professionalism that I thought I was in the Ritz-Carlton Hotel!! It is very pleasing to be in such an atmosphere and not feel that as a patient you are a burden. Dr. Odutoula is very knowledgeable and thorough. She is a great listener, assesses and analyzes the symptoms carefully before she gives the diagnosis. I wish we could clone her so that she can see as many patients as possible every day in every location.
