I had used Eagle Globe & Anchor to work on my pool heating system a few years back and had a great experience. Now that our heater was not working again, I called and spoke with Danny and he said he'd come by the house on his way back into town (I live in Purcellville) and take a look. He never showed up. I called him the next day and he said he got held up and would come by this afternoon - still did not show up. I spoke with him a third time and he said he was working on a refrigeration system with $200,000 worth of product and that he would come by when he had time. I haven't heard from him since. I cannot say enough good things about Eagle Globe & Anchor. I like that it's a local, veteran owned business. They were very responsive to my furnace needs and fixed my issue quickly as well as provided good advice on what to do in the future. This will be my go to company for all my HVAC needs going forward. A 100% satisfied customer!
