I have boarded my very spoiled husky, who has separation anxiety, at Blue Ridge Pet Resort several times. He is very rambunctious and a flight risk. So he's a handful. But the staff at Blue Ridge Pet Resort are fantastic.
He goes to at least 1 day of doggy daycare each time he is boarded for a single overnight visit. He enjoys being around other dogs, as he's very playful. They occasionally send photos from doggy daycare, and my kids love seeing their dog playing with other dogs as well as being his silly, quirky self.
All-in-all, Blue Ridge Pet Resort staff are friendly, professional, and are so good with my dog.

Ever since they moved to the new building my little dog does great boarded here. I don't have any anxiety about leaving her which I really hate to do. She eats, she thrives, she's happy. We have been using them for years. Book with confidence ?
I can't give a review as a customer, but as a neighbor, this facility would be 1 star. I have been woken numerous times by dogs barking before 6am. Even after an interaction with the owner when I was told that it was policy not to have dogs outside that time of the morning, and that barking dogs would be taken inside at other times, I have listened to multiple dogs barking for a solid 20 minutes at 7am.As a dog owner myself, I understand the need for doggy daycare and boarding, but what it shouldn't do is inconvenience neighbors. I wouldn't allow my dogs to wake my neighbors, and I don't expect anything different from my residential neighbors. Why... read full review
