What can I say other than I'm extremely happy with Augustine Plumbing. I had a bad water heater and called them up since they were the original installer of the new home construction. Cindy was awesome; provided A++ customer service. Scheduling was a breeze and she was upfront with all the costs. Our technician, Allen, ran behind a little bit on the day of service but he communicated with us every step of the way, 0 issues. He did an excellent job; neat plumbing, quick, and tidied up perfectly. They charged labor and materials, no mark ups, no hidden fees, no dispatch fees, no nonsense. I can't recommend them more. This company is great!

Sean came to my house for a master shower leak, he was on-time, professional, extremely thorough, and personable. He inspected the kitchen and the bathroom and quickly identified the issue, he explained in detail what needed to be repaired and he replaced the drain. He ensured the leak had been fixed prior to leaving for the day. I no longer have water pooling onto my kitchen countertop and I didn't need to cut into the drywall. Had Mark from Augustine out to replace the tank hardware on several toilets in our townhome. He showed up a few min early, treated our home like it was his own, quickly and efficiently executed the job explaining helpful things to know and the rates for service were exceedingly fair. This was our second experience of excellent service/fair pricing with Augustine (Debbie at their HQ is awesome too) and this has made it official - they are going to be our go-to for any plumbing needs.
