“Josh and his team were originally called to attempt to fix a blower on a 50+ year old oil furnace. The furnace was already barely operational, and the blower was tied into my central AC unit. Since the blower would no longer run the AC, while operational, had no way cooling the house. Two other HVAC services had investigated the issue and were unable to resolve. Josh diagnosed the issue and had me up and running with 10 minutes of arrival. While there I had him take a look at our oil furnace / central AC system and provide recommendations for replacement. The following Monday I was provided with an estimate for total removal of the old systems and replacement with a Trane (RunTru) packaged unit. Work began on August 26th and was completed on August 30th. This involved removal of an antiquated oil furnace in an earthen pit of the crawl space under my home. The area of work was quite confined and the temperature during the week of work was 98-100 degrees with a heat index of 105! The age of my home coupled with the condition and age of the existing equipment required extensive updating and retrofitting. The quality of work, thoroughness, timeliness, honesty, and communications were top-notch from beginning to end. Any question or concern was dealt with immediately. The price was very fair for the amount of labor, products, and materials. I originally solicited their services through a blind search. I did not want to utilize the service of one of the "big name" corporate companies. The small and local business search led me to the AirMaxx reviews, and I could not agree more with what others have said. They have become my current and future HVAC go to and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service.“
