I've had Orice from RVA HomeSpec, LLC perform 7 inspections on various properties of mine. Need I say anything further? Sure, I will. He's fantastic, thorough, knowledgable, honest, and when he retires I probably won't be able to find another inspector quite like him.

Orice was such a pleasure to work with! He was very professional and extremely meticulous with his inspection and report. He answered all my questions while we were on-site and explained anything I did not understand to me. He had very detailed & educated insight into all of his responses to my questions. I absolutely would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a top-notch inspector. Added bonus he was really great about keeping our appointment even though it had just snowed the day before so I could be there during the inspection.
