River Run is an exceptional vet practice. The front desk staff is kind on the phone as well as in person. The techs are wonderful. We have a favorite vet but won’t say her name because I selfishly want her to be available when we need her! 😸 I drive the extra distance from Bon Air to go to River Run. Very compassionate and knowledgeable.
They seem pricey but that’s the way it is now if you want the very best care for your pets. I believe there is an option to pay incrementally if you cannot afford to pay a high invoice.

When to River Run Hospital today, and can't say enough on the compassionate care they provided. Especially Brian our Vet Tech. The time had come for end of life care for our elderly dog. Brian was with me and my husband, and fully explained the process every step of way. He helped make a difficult situation better. Dr. Heidi was extremely compassionate as well.

For almost a month we were here every week with our girl Chelsea. The team was amazing in guiding us through this difficult time. They did everything they could to make sure she was comfortable and even though she was sick she was always happy to see them! My family is so grateful for everything your team did to help her.
