I needed a new floor for my family room. I had never been in Jimmy's Carpet but decided to stop in one day. Judy greeted me and showed me the different flooring options they offered. She laid out on the floor the samples I liked so I could make my final choice. She also insisted that I take my sample home to see how it went with my walls and furniture. Jimmy, himself, measured my floor, and then Judy called me with the final cost for everything I needed. The day the laminate flooring was delivered, they arrived 2 minutes earlier than the time I was quoted. Three days later, the installation team also arrived earlier than expected.
