“I went to Loudoun Physical Therapy for my postpartum care. I was definitely a little apprehensive going into my first appointment, but Kristin made me feel comfortable and heard. “Dr. Bruce is truly incredible. It is so refreshing to be under the care of a doctor whose approach is to treat the root cause of pain, rather than the traditional way of only treating the symptoms. I was able to evade a rotator cuff surgery after a volleyball injury, thanks to Dr. Bruce working on my shoulder. I suffered from debilitating migraines, and he was able to identify the vertebrae in my neck that was causing them. After a few months of decompression and laser, my migraines occur only once in a blue moon. I haven't felt this much relief in years. “Ben Igwe is an absolutely amazing PT. He spent months helping my teenage daughter recover from a serious back injury she received while playing volleyball. She is now back playing volleyball, the sport she loves, at an even higher level than before her injury because of Ben's efforts. He not only used traditional PT exercises but also created new exercises incorporating a volleyball to help her not only recover but to also improve her form to prevent injury in the future. He was always very approachable, encouraging, responsive to texts/calls, and my daughter loved working with him. I cannot say enough good things about Ben and am thankful everyday that he was my daughter's PT!!!! Additionally, I also see other reviews stating they had issues with billing, etc... I had NO issues with billing and found the admin staff to be very helpful and pleasant with initiating the billing paperwork, ensuring everything was processed correctly, and booking appointments, etc...“
