After 25 years I needed a new roof . I chose Stublen because I had seen their work in my neighborhood . The estimate I received was very detailed and accurate . My roof is large , steep and challenging to work on . The roofing crew did a wonderful job from mobilization thru cleanup . They took great care in protecting my windows and landscaping . They worked from 7AM until 8PM to complete the job . The result was excellent in every respect . As a building engineer for 50 years I can report that this is the best roofing job I have seen . Very positive experience dealing with Mike who is the company representative and Marisol who is the on-site job forewoman. Mike came out to the house to explain the different options and took measurements. The estimate detailed all of the materials. Mike was very responsive to all of our questions and even performed a site visit on the day of installation. Marisol is very knowledgeable regarding roofing materials and installation procedures. She managed a crew of 14 that did a full tear off, some sheet good repairs and new roof install in 10 hours on a 3,800+ sq ft house.
