I had smileys install my unit back in February. And I am beyond satisfied with the professionalism, the installation, and the overall experience with installing and service call I had experience being a proud smileys customer. I highly recommend Smileys to anyone and everyone needing their services. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Smileys and everything you do!!!!!!!!!!!!
We have used Smileys for several years now and have been beyond impressed with the level of customer service we receive with every single interaction. We started with a full replacement of our HVAC where they discovered our roofers had been the cause of our system no longer working. They took the extra time to cut out the line the roofers ruined and let us know exactly what had happened to cause the issue. We continued on with them with a maintenance plan, and even when we failed to renew timely just due to an overlooked email they worked with us and got us back on track.
