We had Lee come out to our home and work on a vertical lift in our garage that had been broken for the past two weeks. He was very helpful and informative on what the issue was and how to deal with it if it reoccurs. We can not thank you all enough.

11/20/17 - Such nice people. I thought the gal who took my call was so nice that surely the rest of the company could not compare. But I was wrong. Everyone was so nice. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They happened to have a guy working in my area today and had him to stop by and look at my poor old elevator. It was just a fuse, he replaced it, checked out the system to insure there was not some underlying issue. He made a couple of recommendations to insure the proper operation in the future. This home elevator is a 1989 vintage. I was expecting a "Sorry, its too old to fix" routine. Thank you Mobility Products and Services, Inc for such great service.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Excellent, excellent customer service! They installed a Bruno stair lift for my parents and from my first call to them to the final installation, everyone was superb. The installers did an excellent job, showed up when they said they would and were very efficient (also very patient as Dad asked a million questions). Thank you for helping make my parents lives a little easier.
