It is rare. Very far and few between. Especially these days, that you hire a home improvement contractor and they give you exactly what you want. We hired MNK to build us a new deck with a ramp for our house. We knew exactly what we wanted and described it to MNK. Yes, it was a simple design, but MNK did not cut corners in building it. It is exactly what we wanted, with the quality product we wanted, and it looks amazing! But more importantly was the crew that built it. I watched James and his assistants take painstaking care to build this deck and ramp right. I could tell, they care about their work. Their standards are high and they were not going to be happy with anything other than excellent. I have a motto that I live by that the great Zig Ziglar said, "The most important persuasion tool you have in your entire arsenal is integrity. With integrity, you have nothing to fear, since you have nothing to hide. With integrity, you will do the right thing, so you will have no guilt." It is my opinion that MNK and their crews abide by that same standard. That type of integrity is lost within so many companies these days but not with MNK. I am grateful we chose the right contractor to do our work.
This was absolutely beautiful addition. My in-laws could not be more excited about their deck. It was such a wonderful experience working with this company. From the owner to the workers, we had all the support and encouragement we needed to make this dream a reality for them. The attention to detail in the project was too notch. I just want to say thank you to MNK for making our dream come true . After 2 years with a horrible contractor and a huge loss and disappointment. We found MNK at the home improvement show in Virginia Beach and from the moment we met them they understood the problem we had faced and helped us make our dream a reality. They were very professional with everything aspect of the job and made us feel comfortable .They did their best to put us as a priority and listened and made great suggestions. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to build a deck or room or whatever you’re thinking about building. The workers were so polite and cleaned up everyday before they left . And informed us as to the schedule would look like .
