He was gentle with his words and actions he talked us through every step of the way. Even gave great advice on the financial side to give us more options while we got our mother's affairs in order.

When it came time to identify our mother's body, my sister and I was having a really hard time, we didn't want to see our mother in that light. This was our first experience ever dealing with a funeral home and Mr. Jeremy talked us through all details letting us both know what to expect and how beautiful and peaceful our mother looked.
