This place is amazing it was my first time going we were really looking for a place to go to since we are having a vacation and this place was top notch.friendly staff,good service and great things to do for the kids and it's overall very welcoming!

Recently moved away, but I really enjoyed working out at this location. Less crowded than others in the area and has everything you need for a good workout. However, I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge the warm and helpful staff that made every interaction feel like I was family. Good place, great people!

I have worked for this YMCA for a year and a half and had to move due to the military, but I can say that the structure and organization this YMCA has is the best, I currently live in North Carolina and the YMCA I work for is very unstructured and unorganized, I felt at home and like family with the staff and management at the effingham county YMCA! They are the best YMCA! The YMCA up here is very unfriendly and very rude to not just their staff but their parents! But my effingham Y family will always be my favorite! You guys are awesome! KEEP BEING AMAZING!
