We bought a washer and dryer from Lowes so we rated a free water quality testing. Learned a lot, we elected to not go with them at this time due to being in our house under 3 weeks and havent figured out the bill situation yet. However the reason why its 5 stars is because I gave that exact reasoning to the guy who came out to our house and he was completely understanding, he didnt push against the decision, he was an awesome guy who came out and was a Rockstar! I feel bad because I cant remember his name but seriously when the bills are fixed we're coming back to them based on how the guy was.
Mr. Morris, the salesperson who tested our water quality, was outstanding—extremely knowledgeable, honest, and passionate about helping us understand exactly what was in our water and what solutions truly made sense. There was zero pressure, just professionalism and care.
Mr. Lee completed the job by installing the water filtration system, and his work was flawless. He was efficient, skilled, respectful, and took pride in doing everything right.
