Stewart came to inspect our roof and provide an estimate the same day I initially reached out. His pricing was very reasonable, and we could tell from the initial conversation how experienced he was and that he would stand behind his work.

Stewart and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish and we were beyond pleased with the quality of work provided! When they started the work, they found a lot of rotted wood they weren't expecting, but thoroughly replaced all the rotted wood to ensure the roof was fixed properly.

We have not had any more leaks and would highly recommend him and his team to anyone in need of roof repairs.“

“This company just completed a roof replacement on my 2 story Cape Code which had 2 additions over the years, with a flat roof on part of the 2nd floor. Initially I was trying to resolve a leak in my kitchen near two skylights which had been caused by improper flashing, poor waterproofing and an insufficient system of gutters/downspouts. After getting multiple opinions I decided it was best to replace the entire roof which was probably due for it anyway and likely had other issues. I chose 64 based on lots of positive reviews, and a more reasonable quote than another company whom I otherwise had had good experiences with, and so far I was not disappointed. They uploaded photos in their app every step of the way so you can see what's going on without going on the roof yourself. Several other questionable, rotted and improperly installed areas of the roof were uncovered in the process (of which I received photos), and 64 replaced the plywood and roof in the correct way. They also added new gutters with leaf guards, and set up the gutter system so that downspouts were no longer pouring water straight onto the shingles below. They also completed some metal work for me on my garage, adding trim around the door and window frames which had been poorly done (unprotected wood) by the contractor who renovated it into a workspace for me, and adding gutters to prevent water from pooling by the entrance. Overall I am very happy.“

“I had a roof installed in May 2021. After I reviewed various contractors, Mike provided a clear in-person estimate and walked through the entire process without excessive salesman tactics, it was straight forward information. The cost of materials was rising in the midst of COVID, but their install prices were lower than the other contractors reviewed. The materials and process was clearly communicated. Mike then supervises the team as the roof installation is completed. There were no cost surprises during installation, and the team did a good job of cleaning up the worksite after completion. There is a 10 year labor warranty on roof installations (at the time of this installation). I've waited about a year to leave this review to see how the new roof holds up to various weather conditions, and there have been no problems. If you are looking for a roof installation in the area, it would be advised to get a quote from them.
