“We recently had vapor barrier and foundation vent guards installed by Michael Gardner (dba Level Home Services LLC). Michael's work is thorough, timely, and priced reasonably. The vapor barrier is securely staked down and the vent guards are installed from inside the crawlspace and sealed around the edges with mortar sealant. He's licensed for pest control services, and since vapor barriers and foundation vents impact pest control, he's very experienced with this work.“

“We had a flying squirrel trapped in our chimney. Summit was able to send out Kevin same day that I called and he removed the squirrel with ease without killing it. I'm so grateful for their prompt service. Additionally, I then used them to add a chimney cap to the chimney to prevent this from happening again as well as seal up the chimney where there were a few gaps. Kevin is great and stays in touch with you. Absolutely recommend!“
