I spoke to Robin on the phone (practically in tears) Robin said she would send someone over today. Jeff got to me in a business-like time frame. He explained what was happening, what he would do, and he did just that! I'm a retired Air Force veteran and I have to say it was a pleasure to deal with someone who takes pride in their work, is dedicated, and pays attention to detail.
