We've been using Union Air since we move to Dinwiddie County. We started to use them with a pure stab in the dark, when our cooling stopped working. They got us a replacement coil under warranty and were very fair with us about the labor. We've subsequently had an AHU replaced by them, routine servi8ce and some other warranty work done. The team is always courteous and helpful, even when we had to wait for six weeks in the heat of summer for a warranty part to come in (not their fault, supply chain issues). So, I look forward to calling them next year for our Spring service. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.
We love these people. The ladies in the office are very nice and all the service techs are fair and knowledgable. Their charges are completely fair. We’ve been using them for two years now and are very happy with them.
