Nobody answers the phone when you call. Voicemail is always full, they don’t return missed calls and they expect a dementia patient to remember from month to month to tell them to buy them a phone card?‍♀️

The staff is short with the clients and the families. No empathy whatsoever. I am surprised that they pass inspection with the filth. An extremely loud alarm sounds continually causing panic.

At Helping Hands, we place our emphasis on maintaining the highest quality of comfort and care in meeting the needs of each resident. Our 31 bed facility provides optimal care 24 hours a day for elderly and disabled adults, ensuring that every person has a variety of person centered services. As a community based program, Adult Day Health Care is provided to persons who may live near by in the community. Participants are able to enjoy adult day healthcare during the day for meals, social activities, peer support and companionship. We also provide respite care which allows caregivers to travel, focus on themselves or attend to other family issues.
