Super nice professional service, reasonable prices. Came right out (I live in the boonies of Rose Hill Virginia) and only charged me $105 to charge my system with coolant and tighten a loose line that caused the leak.

A company in the HVAC business that isn't always trying to sell you a new heat pump unit. Works diligently to resolve the problem without having to resort to "You need a new system". After hours and weekends for those unexpected issues that occur. You may pay a lil extra, but when it's 100 degrees outside and your house isn't much cooler, an $85 charge is worth it, when they are able to resolve the problem quickly.

When I got home today at 4:00, our heat pump wasn’t working. The temperatures have been in the 90s and so was the forecast. We called Southwest Heating & Cooling. By 6:30, we had cool air! Thank you so much for being so quick and efficient.
