I'm a property caretaker at Lake Anna. A client's basement sustained water damage recently. Servpro of Louisa responded quickly and removed all the damaged materials, set up drying equipment and treated for mold. Chris and his crew did a great job, and my client was very pleased with the results.

We are fortunate Servepro was at the other end of the phone to act quickly & efficiently to handle an alarming discovery: our gas logs burned soot which carried through the ductwork of our heating system covering the surfaces of everything. It was easy to replace the logs. However, the professional packing & clean up crews were a welcome comfort-offering care & humor while handling a situation which is easily overwhelming. Servepro made sure we knew what to expect; gave advice on steps to take; made arrangements with any vendors needed to handle parts of the job & have stayed connected. It is a relief to have them at the helm as they continue to answer questions & assist while we walk the steps to getting our furnishings & house back to a healthy living environment.
