I have been going to Pinnacle for the last few weeks after a little knee injury. I had gone to another PT place in Orange but felt very uncomfortable and didn’t go back. That was not the case at Pinnacle. The staff laugh and joke with each other and makes you feel at ease and not intimidated. You can tell they enjoy working together! Jordyn has been my physical therapist and she’s absolutely wonderful! She listens to me and doesn’t make me feel stupid when I try to explain a feeling or pain. Jordyn is very knowledgeable and skilled. While I love Jordyn, I would feel very comfortable seeing any one of her colleagues: Jamie, Joe, or David. Thank you so much for giving me such a great experience!!
It’s always extremely difficult, emotionally exhausting, and time consuming searching for a reliable Healthcare provider. Car shopping is the worst, but finding medical provider is a close second. I originally tried to make an appointment with Brandon Lum at the Powell Wellness Center. He was booked a month out. I’m so glad I gave in to my family physician Thomas Wolanski’s recommendation to try Pinnacle Physical therapy. I used to drive my grandmother to a PT’s office in South Riding, VA, and I was unbelievably turned off by the mutually assured destruction between my grandmother and her PT team. She was nothing more than a number, a statistic, and a patient to roll in and out the door. She had no desire to try, and her PT team had no problem bending to her will. She had given up, and her PT was at so ease allowing her to get on by with the bare minimum. It was easier for him to pacify her. The drama, tension, and romantic relationships between Physical Therapists and Occupational therapists at the Powell Wellness Center in Culpeper were glaringly obvious (with the exception of Brandon). It was so reassuring to discover Pinnacle Therapy and to witness firsthand how they truly value their patients. They offer a tight knit, intimate, supportive, family driven, and caring team of professionals. Their bedside manner is unparalleled. It’s a breath of fresh air. It doesn’t matter if they’re working with the elderly, youth, or the disabled. in If you want to avoid the Northern Virginia or Charlottesville scene, I cannot recommend Pinnacle Physical Therapy more. My PT did not have an X-ray or even an official diagnosis to work with. He was given a general and vague area to work with. It says wonders if your PT can not only treat your condition, but diagnose the injury as well.
