11:11 Spa was wonderful, and Thomas is the best - he was super responsive via email, accepted me as a last minute booking, was very accomodating + fun to chat with before and after my massage, and the massage itself was awesome. I was impressed with DDP's team - smart, capable, work well together and turnover is low. They put a 700 sf addition on my 1930s home. Also appreciate their responsiveness as the build has settled and they've returned to adjust or resolve any issues.
Besides the rude people who come in and try to push you out the way when you wait for two hours for a dryer or try to take your clothes out of it. It’s a great place very friendly place great owners and people whom work there. The food part is good for the most part a lot of people dine in for lunches. Wish it would stay open bit longer hours but can’t complain.
They are fantastic to have work done by them. I had a problem and Charles fixed it right away. Sheila is always so nice to talk to.
