She immediately took action, performing a biopsy and following up with me personally to share the results. Thanks to her swift diagnosis and recommendation for treatment (excision), I was able to address a melanoma before it became deadly. Dr. Nakib's professionalism, expertise, and compassionate approach made me feel confident in her care. He office staff are also quite pleasant people and accommodated my various changes in appointments with a smile. “I've been going to Dr. Hayre for many years. Today I just finished up an appointment to have a keratosis removed from my head (yes, in my hair). Dr. Hayre was her usual reassuring self, the procedure was entirely painless. Her staff removed enough hair to get the job done - but not enough so that I cannot hide the spot while the hair grows back. Dr. Hayre removed the keratosis and I didn't feel a thing. I than had the pleasure of meeting Rosalinda who went over some of my trouble areas on my face using a high tech gadget! She was very nice and knowledgeable. Finally I met Dr, Dima, she was very professional and had suggestions for me. I actually wanted different areas done but she suggested not to. That told me she really cares about her patients! “I called in after receiving a text of a forthcoming appt. Good thing I did as the appts.are computer generated and rarely checked by an office staff. I had no idea that a darned computer was making my appts.for me. This Dr. was "Johnny on the spot" when it came to getting rid of my skin cancers. His office staff were polite and courteous making future appts. His bedside manner is comparable to Sheldon Cooper on the "Big bang theory" he is indeed a character of sorts and an excellent dermatologist.“

“It's never easy having to go to a new doctor for something outside of your control. With my insurance I have through work, I have some great options. I put in the type of doctor I want and if they are covered, I am free to go to them. That's just what I did here after being able to compare and see reviews posted by other patients. I did a majority of my stuff online before showing up here. But I still had some paperwork to do when I showed up. Checking in was pretty easy and refreshing. I did all my 'paperwork' on an iPad and it was kind of great that there wasn't any pen and paper involved. Once paperwork was done, I was back in the exam room. Nurse came in and did the preliminary. Then the doctor came in and did the once over and confirmed what I had thought. The doctor gave me options and did not pressure me one way or the other. I went with the one option that would probably take a bit more time. Even though it is a bit out there, I know when I have a follow up and I was able to plan accordingly to accommodate. If I am treated as well as I was during my first visit, I look forward to all follow up visits.“
