Jonathan McLean did an excellent job as always! The young gentleman that assisted him was excellent as well. I had a new faucet that I purchased myself for them to install. The thickness of my granite counter would not allow for the screws that came with the fixture to be installed easily. They did a little trouble shooting and also called “the boss” and they were able to make it work!! They took the time to make sure that everything was done correctly. I will not use anyone else!
Lee Jester with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is awesome! We have had numerous projects done from boiler work to replace/reroute piping. Professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Takes time to explain things in layman terms. Highly recommend Lee and his team at BFP!!!!
Lee came to do estimates for bathroom remodels and other projects we will have in the future. Overall it was a great experience and they actually returned my calls and showed up! I will post another review after work has been completed.
