William got to my home promptly and was able to confirm he would be able to resolve all of our problems. he was polite, hardworking, and very knowledgeable. He was honest about the need to have an appliance repair person to come finish getting our ice maker running and provided me with information about the needed part. We have another project he is returning to finish. His pricing is fair and transparent. highly recommend!
