Great customer service. Was able to get a same-day appointment, and the individual who styled my hair did a great job of providing the style that I requested. Despite our language barrier, we were able to communicate effectively. He complimented me on my feeble attempt to pull out some Spanish from my high school days and I appreciated his wonderful efforts to communicate with me in English - despite my accent. Great tools and equipment that they do a great job of keeping clean and sanitized.
