I have been working for this company seasonly for 9 years. The owner Richard is a real genuine person. Everyone on the management also have been great to work with. Seems like it would be a good company to work for full time but I can tell you definitely it is the place to work at as a seasonal snow plow driver.

I dealt with Amber Sasser and she was amazing!!! She was kind, patient and very easy to communicate with. She handled herself in a professional manner and represented RJ Smith very well. I wish more contractors were more understanding like she was and I look forward to working with her in the future. Thank you Amber Sasser and thank you RJ Smith.

This is a superior product ladies and gentlemen. Most of the other guys our there selling crushed concrete are selling cheap. Pieces that aren't uniform, tons of fines even in the larger grades like 57s and 3s and worst of all, chunks of metal and wood. I turned a truck away from another guy because of those issues. Rj Smith is different. The product is clean and almost indistinguishable from gravel and completely free of metal. I just got 20 tons and it was perfect. The driver who delivered my load was able to perfectly tailgate dump my load, making my work extremely simple. I can't recommend these guys enough.
