“At first I was skeptical that I'd find a place that'd help with an old custom PC. My PC is old, and I'll admit I'm not the most skilled builder... but they were able to diagnose the problem that had me stumped in just a few hours.

After I returned the faulty motherboard, I provided a different model of motherboard which they had no issue installing themselves.

The staff was nice, had a sense of humor, and gave well appreciated advice on custom desktops.

Not only that, but the price was more than fair in my book. What I paid up front was all I ever paid, even when the workload became more than we initially expected. Even as I type this review, they've offered to let me take my PC back if I run into any issues this weekend.

I'm posting this from my PC now, and it's never run smoother. My expectations were surpassed enough that I couldn't justify less than 5 stars.“
