Tyler has come to our house for regular maintenance as well as diagnostic visits. Every time he is kind, professional, and explains things in a way I understand. I never feel like he is taking advantage of me, rather he gives us options and educates on how best to move forward. A few weeks ago we came back from vacation and our AC was not working. I called the on call number and no one called back. I texted Tyler since I had his number from a previous visit, and asked if I was following the process correctly. He came himself an hour later, and fixed the problem expeditiously. Jennifer on the phone always is kind and matches the level of urgency regarding a call. Out of all the services we have used as new home owners, C3 has been the absolute best. Could not recommend them enough.“
