Tech came out within a hour my call. Fixed my ac unit without trying to sell me anything. He also found a surge protector that had been recalled for causing house fires. Great company and service.
We called Air Energy Solutions after our upstairs unit stopped working and the temperature was almost 100 degrees outside. Air Energy Solutions was able to come out the same day, diagnose our problem, and fix our unit. I cannot say enough good things about the company. I would recommend them to anyone!
Kent is always super responsive and sent Jimmy over quickly to resolve our issue. Jimmy was excellent - great guy and made sure I understood the issue and how they would fix it. Replaced a motor in our outdoor unit and installed a new thermostat. Work quality is always excellent, and they do it the right way. No gimmicks and fair pricing.
